Elouise specialises in all aspects of buying or selling, transferring and re-mortgaging a property. She also deals with new build property, first registration applications, adverse possession applications and some commercial property transactions.
Although most of her case load is property transactions, she is also able to assist with Private Client matters such as obtaining Grants of Probate, administering estates, drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA).
