Elouise leads her team with a deep understanding of the complexities of property transactions, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. She handles a wide variety of residential transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties and remortgages. Her expertise extends to both private residential properties and buy-to-let investments, offering comprehensive advice on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
