Charles Hulley is a valued member of our Criminal Law team, with over 20 years of experience in criminal law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2004. As a Criminal Department Supervisor, Charles plays a key role in guiding and mentoring his team to ensure the highest standards of service for clients.
Charles is also an active member of the Duty Solicitor Scheme, providing immediate legal assistance at the Police Station, Magistrates’ Court, or Crown Court. His extensive experience in criminal matters allows him to offer comprehensive legal support across a wide range of cases, from investigations through to trial.
In addition to his legal expertise, Charles was proud to serve as the youngest President of the Cornwall Law Society, a testament to his leadership and commitment to the legal profession.
